Esta afirmación fue hecha por el presidente Chávez apoyándose en los cuatro pilares de los que habló Simón Rodríguez, como son: aprender a crear, aprender a convivir y participar, aprender a valorar y aprender a reflexionar. </p>
<p>En este conversatorio con un grupo de docentes que están participando en las Jornadas Nacionales de Formación Docente, realizado en el Teatro Teresa Carreño; el presidente Chávez se apoyó en un libro escrito por el maestro del Libertador, Simón Bolívar; al hablar de los cuatros pilares esenciales para erigir el sistema educativo necesario que forme ciudadanos y ciudadana<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></p>

<p>Educacion integral</p>
<p>El Licenciado en Educación Integral estará en capacidad de:<br />
- Dominar los procesos de investigación para aprender la realidad y aportar soluciones a los problemas del entorno socioeducativo.<br />
- Relacionar las teorías educativas contemporáneas con las estrategias metodológicas y procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje.<br />
- Identificar los elementos de la psicología educativa e interrelacionarlos con los procesos de desarrollo psicológico del niño y del adolescente.<br />
- Utilizar eficazmente la teoría y práctica de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación y aplicarlas en su actualización permanente y como herramienta de su ámbito de trabajo.<br />
- Adoptar estrategias metodológicas creativas en la solución de problemas dentro de una organización generando cambios para mejorar, cambiar o transformar las organizaciones socioeducativas </p>
